Terms of Sale
By purchasing a FreelGo license through Paddle, the User agrees to these Terms of Sale.
1. Seller Information
The Software is developed and owned by Lupo Przemysław Białasik, sole proprietor under Polish law, registered at ul. Łąkowa 10, 62-330 Nekla, Poland, tax ID: PL9581254355.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
2. Payment Processing
Paddle.com is responsible for billing, invoicing, VAT/GST management, and compliance with tax regulations worldwide.
By completing a purchase, you enter into a contract with Paddle for payment processing and with the Licensor for the software license.
3. License Delivery
Upon successful payment, Paddle delivers a license activation confirmation to the email address provided.
The User is responsible for entering correct data (email address). Delivery is considered complete once the confirmation email is sent.
4. No Physical Delivery
The Software is distributed digitally only. No physical media or packaging is provided.
5. Trial Before Purchase
FreelGo provides a full-functionality trial period. The User can fully test all features of the Software prior to purchase.
Because of this trial model, all purchases are final.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
However, by proceeding with the purchase and checking the consent box at checkout, you:
- expressly request that the digital content be delivered immediately,
- acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the license key is delivered.
This consent is collected during the Paddle checkout process.
7. Pricing and Taxes
Prices may change over time. The price displayed at checkout is final.
VAT/GST and applicable local taxes are calculated and added automatically by Paddle based on your location.
8. Technical Requirements
The User is responsible for ensuring compatibility with their device before purchase.
The Software's system requirements are published on the official website. Failure to meet system requirements is not grounds for a refund given the availability of a free trial.
9. Fraud and Unauthorized Payments
If a transaction is unauthorized or suspected to be fraudulent, Paddle may reverse or refund the charge.
Users who engage in fraudulent activity may have their licenses revoked without refund.
10. Updates and Upgrades
Purchasing a license grants lifetime access to Version 1.x.
Major upgrades (2.x and beyond) may require additional payment at the Licensor's discretion.
11. Support
Email support is provided to licensed Users at support@freelgo.app.
Response times may vary. Support is provided in English and Polish.
