End User License Agreement

Version 1.0 — Last updated: 12 December 2025

Only the English version of this EULA is legally binding. Translations (if any) are provided solely for convenience.

1. Licensor

This Software is provided by Lupo Przemysław Białasik, sole proprietor under Polish law, with its registered address at ul. Łąkowa 10, 62-330 Nekla, Poland, tax identification number: PL9581254355 ("Licensor", "we", "us").

2. License Grant

FreelGo ("Software") is licensed, not sold. The User receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software:

  • on one device at a time,
  • for personal or business use,
  • in accordance with this EULA.

All intellectual property rights remain with the Licensor. This license does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the User.

3. Trial License

The Software includes a time-limited trial with full functionality. The length of the trial may change and is always displayed within the Software or on the official website.

After the trial expires, continued use requires a valid paid license.

4. Paid License – Lifetime Access to Version 1.x

Upon purchase, the User receives a lifetime license to all updates within major version 1 (1.x).

This license:

  • does not include updates to future major versions (e.g., 2.0, 3.0),
  • may require payment for upgrades or new editions,
  • remains valid indefinitely only for Version 1.x.

5. Activation and Device Limit

Activation requires:

  • an email address (for verification only),
  • a unique device identifier.

A license may be used on one device at a time.

The User may transfer the license by logging out or deactivating the previous installation.

Hardware replacement, system reinstallation, or device changes do not constitute a breach of this license, provided the license is used on only one active device at a time.

FreelGo may require periodic online verification. Circumventing licensing or device limits is strictly prohibited.

6. Permitted Use and Restrictions

The User may not:

  • reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to access the source code, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law,
  • bypass the trial, activation, or license mechanisms,
  • sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or distribute the Software,
  • remove copyright notices or branding,
  • use the Software in violation of applicable law.

7. Updates

FreelGo may release updates, improvements, or changes at its discretion.

All updates within version 1.x are included. Updates beyond version 1.x may require a separate purchase.

FreelGo may add, modify, or remove features without prior notice.

8. Third-Party Software

The Software may include or depend on third-party open-source software components, which are licensed under their respective licenses.

Such licenses may grant additional rights to the User and shall prevail over the terms of this EULA in case of any conflict.

A list of third-party licenses is available within the Software or in accompanying documentation.

9. Data Collection and Privacy

To activate the trial or paid license, FreelGo collects:

  • the User's email address (verification only),
  • a device identifier,
  • minimal technical information necessary for licensing.

FreelGo does not send marketing emails unless the User explicitly opts in.

Data is not sold or shared except as required for licensing and payment processing.

For detailed information about data processing, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

FreelGo does not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted or error-free operation,
  • compatibility with specific hardware,
  • that the Software will meet the User's expectations.

The User uses the Software at their own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FreelGo shall not be liable for:

  • lost data,
  • lost profits or revenues,
  • business interruption,
  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

FreelGo's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the license.

12. Force Majeure

FreelGo shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, internet service disruptions, server failures, cyberattacks, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events.

During a Force Majeure event, license verification requirements may be temporarily suspended or extended at FreelGo's discretion.

13. Termination

FreelGo may terminate this license immediately if the User violates this EULA.

Upon termination, the User must stop using the Software and remove it from all devices.

14. Automated Access Prohibited

The User may not access the Software or its licensing systems via automated tools, scripts, bots, or similar mechanisms.

15. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Poland, unless mandatory laws of the User's country provide otherwise.

For consumers residing in the European Union, this agreement does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of the country of residence.
