Refund Policy

1. No Refunds After Purchase

Because FreelGo offers a full-functionality trial period, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

The User has the opportunity to test all features before buying the license. This trial period serves as the evaluation mechanism that would otherwise be provided by a refund window.

2. EU Consumer Rights

For consumers in the European Union: Under normal circumstances, you would have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, digital content is exempt from this right when the consumer:

• expressly consents to immediate delivery, and
• acknowledges loss of the right of withdrawal.

This consent is obtained during the checkout process. By purchasing, you agree to immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

• unauthorized or fraudulent transactions (chargebacks),
• accidental duplicate purchases (same license purchased twice within 24 hours),
• payment processing errors caused by Paddle.

All such cases are evaluated by Paddle and/or FreelGo on a case-by-case basis.

4. No Refunds For

Refunds will not be issued for:

• dissatisfaction after purchase,
• misunderstanding of features already available during the trial,
• inability to meet system requirements (which are published before purchase),
• failure to use the Software after purchase,
• change of mind,
• purchase of the wrong product when only one product is offered.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for an exception:

• Contact Paddle support through your purchase receipt, or
• Email support@freelgo.app with your order number.

Requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback for a legitimate purchase may result in:

• immediate license revocation,
• ban from future purchases,
• reporting to fraud prevention services.
